IT/Release Engineer

ArcESB is currently looking for an IT/Release Engineer who will be responsible for helping create, manage, and support internal systems critical to the daily operation of our company. As a member of the internal support team you must be detail oriented, able to learn and research independently, and have good communication skills. You will have contact with all teams within the company and be responsible for a wide variety of tasks from deskside support to build automation scripting.


  • Help plan and implement IT projects
  • Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
  • Manage user accounts and access
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of systems and processes
  • Provide technical support to employees
  • Create new virtual environments as needed for development and QA teams


  • Working knowledge of Windows and Linux based system management
  • Good understanding of security protocols and access control management
  • Familiarity with creating and securing resources in AWS or Azure
  • Experience with managing virtual machines (Hyper-V, Docker)
  • Keen attention to detail; excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to maintain good documentation and records of all systems and procedures
  • Good interpersonal skills to support internal users and address their needs
  • Azure AD / Office365 experience a plus
  • PowerShell scripting experience a plus
